Anxiety and Worry

Experiencing increased anxiety and worry are normal responses to this ongoing pandemic. You’re not alone in feeling more anxious, and it’s understandable if you’re having trouble with managing your anxiety right now. Anxiety becomes particularly problematic when it starts making it harder to do things that are important to you. Even if you’re not at that point yet, it may be helpful to review some of the available resources for how to deal with anxiety in a healthy way.
