- Mind-Body Clinical Research Center
- Operating in an ethically and culturally sensitive manner, the Mind-Body Clinical Research Center fosters awareness, growth, and resiliency building during each step of the healing process. Our clinical services include individual treatment and group-based treatment programs. Our group-based programs are our frontline form of treatment. (Stress management and resiliency groups, weight management groups, stand up for anxiety groups, CBT and DBT groups)
- Healthy Lifestyle Group: Behavioral therapy group focused on building sustainable healthy habits through nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, and positive thinking. Most insurances accepted. Call to schedule.
- SMART (Stress Management and Resiliency Training): A 14-week virtual group program to reduce vulnerability to stress and strengthen resiliency. Includes meditation, guided imagery, chair yoga, healthy lifestyle guidance (nutrition, restorative sleep, physical activity, positive thoughts, humor, laughter), and reassessing belief systems. Groups meet on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Most insurances accepted.

- CAPS provides inclusive access to psychology and psychiatric services to help students grow and flourish by hearing them as they wish to be understood. Services include crisis intervention, brief counseling for individuals, couples, and groups; consultation to students, faculty, staff, friends, and parents; medication management; and assistance with referrals to community resources.

- Resilience at the Brook Room
- Offers Stony Brook Medicine employees and physicians a place just for them to rest and re-energize. In addition to the relaxation materials and massage chairs available in the room, there are daily meditations, pet therapy, yoga, wellbeing walks, and more.
