Qi Gong

Qigong is another traditional Chinese practice, which combines movement and breath control, to allow those who practice to meditate as well as balance their body’s internal energy, also known as the ‘qi’. The practice is holistic, through exercise it improves posture and promotes physical, mental, and spiritual health.
