Take NY-347 W / Smithtown Bypass. Keep left to continue onto Northern State Parkway. Take exit 43 for Suffolk County 4 toward Commack. Use the right lane to keep left at fork and follow signs for County Road 4N. Building is on right, with entrance to Advanced Specialty Care at north end of building.
DIRECTIONS TO STONY BROOK UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL
From the East and West: Take Long Island Expressway (LIE I-495) to exit 62 North, Nicolls Road (Route 97). Travel approximately 8 miles (crossing Route 347). Follow signs to the Hospital.
From Technology Park: Take Belle Mead Road (south) to Route 347/Nesconset Highway (NY-347). At Route 347, turn right (west) and proceed to Nicolls Road. At Nicolls Road (Route 97) turn right (north) and travel for approximately 2 miles, following signs to the Hospital.
