We have a staff of around 100 employees and operate between two large clinics, one in Suffolk County and one in Nassau County, both of which are clean, modern, and newly renovated in 2020 and 2023. Our main site, a 26,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility located in Commack, houses all of our non-patient-facing staff, including case management, member services, and the remainder of the administrative staff.

Registered Nurse / Nursing Administrator - Westbury - Click here to learn more
The RN - Nursing Administrator’s role will be to ensure high level of patient care and compliance through medical education and outreach. As a point of contact for patient outreach, the RN will educate patients on cancer screening and important testing to motivate adherence to the diagnostic and treatment plans. The RN - Nursing Administrator will monitor and measure clinical quality outcomes through chart reviews and audits. The RN - Nursing Administrator will work closely with RN case managers to enhance continuity of care, ensure that there is cohesion and collaboration between the two clinic specialties between clinical visits. The RN - Nursing Administrator will provide support to the LPNs and conduct annual monitoring questionnaires, collect research data and provide education to patients seen in the clinic for monitoring and treatment. The RN - Nursing Administratorwill also perform phlebotomy, spirometry testing, and cognitive assessments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment, show a collaborative spirit, be an excellent communicator, and must be able to navigate through multiple clinical paths simultaneously.
