We have a staff of around 100 employees and operate between two large clinics, one in Suffolk County and one in Nassau County, both of which are clean, modern, and newly renovated in 2020 and 2023. Our main site, a 26,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility located in Commack, houses all of our non-patient-facing staff, including case management, member services, and the remainder of the administrative staff.

Clinical Services Administrator - Click here to learn more
As both a clinician and an administrator, the Clinical Services Administrator meets with key leaders across the organization to ensure high-efficient and quality clinical services, in addition to their role as a WTC provider. The Clinical Services Administrator is responsible for overseeing and directing World Trade Center Health Programs clinic operations in multiple locations, while maintaining a high level of quality service and compliance with required procedures, rules, policies and applicable legal requirements. The incumbent will provide the Director and Deputy Director with insights on staffing and management of the clinics. The incumbent must be a strong leader with a high level of organization, executive decision-making, and communication skills. The incumbent must be analytical, collaborative, independent and able to balance multiple projects while attending to patients. This clinical/administrative position requires approximately 80% direct patient care and 20% administration duties.

The HIM Analyst component of the role involves reviewing and analyzing medical records to identify documentation deficiencies, monitor compliance, and uphold the integrity of the health record. Key duties include reclassifying misfiled documents, tracking unsigned provider orders and scanning documents. Through these responsibilities, the Health Information Management Analyst supports the overall WTC operations and ensures that medical records consistently meet organizational, regulatory, and quality standards.

The Procurement and Inventory Manager reports to the Finance/Budget Manager and is responsible for performing the organization’s purchasing operations and overseeing the internal inventory control systems. This role ensures that all goods and services are acquired efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with quality and compliance standards. The incumbent will work with vendors to purchase, monitor stock levels, and implement strategies to optimize inventory management across departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills. Please note the candidate must be able to bend and lift.
