If you are a provider who wishes to refer to one of our HIV-specialized outpatient medical providers (Adult Infectious Disease, OB/GYN, Pediatric Infectious Disease/Adolescent Medicine HIV Program, or the Rose Walton Care Services at The Edie Windsor Center for HIV AIDS), please contact the clinic you are interested in directly.
NYS HIV Testing Law
NYS law requires that a HIV Test be offered to persons ages 13+ receiving inpatient or emergency department services at hospitals, persons receiving primary care services including ob/gyn services. For more information please see the NYS DOH website.
PrEP
If you are interested in learning more about PrEP/PEP including presentations and Grand Rounds, would like to become a PrEP Prescriber, and/or would like to refer patients to the Stony Brook PrEP Program please contact the PrEP Specialist at PrEP Specialist at (631) 559-6138.
