Insurance and Billing
HIV Health Professional Doctor with Patient Make an AppointmentStony Brook Medicine accepts all insurances accepted through University Hospital including: Medicaid, Medicare, ADAP and most commercial insurances. Please check with your provider and/or insurance company. Managed Care Medicaid and HMO insurances may require prior approval or referral. If your insurance requires prior approval or referral from your primary care physician you are required to obtain that prior to your first appointment with us.

Adult HIV Program

  • Previous records (if applicable) or test results

 
Peds ID/ Adolescent Medicine HIV Program

OB/GYN
