To get started:

1. Scan the QR code or visit the Google Play or Apple App Store to download and install the app for your device
2. Create your account and log in, entering the Facility ID (sbuh11794), the patient’s Billing ID (or Encounter #), and Date of Birth
3. Start exploring a selection of options to meet your nutritional needs and place your order effortlessly!
4. Our self-ordering Patient app may not be suitable for your diet order. Please call our Call Center to speak with a representative who can guide you through your available selections.

For Families:

Guest Meal Cards are available for purchase in the Market Place Café (Located on Level 5 of the Hospital Lobby) for family  members to order room service along with their family members and dine with them in their room. The cost is $10 per card.

Effective 5/11/26: To support compliance with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services digital accessibility standards under the Rehabilitation Act of 1974, Google Doc versions of our online menus are now available, and we are continuing to improve their formatting to make them easier to print.
