The recent official opening of the new home of Stony Brook Psychiatric Associates outpatient center in Putnam Hall, on the south campus of Stony Brook University, signifies the consolidation and expansion of Stony Brook’s outpatient services for children, adolescents and adults all under one roof. With a child and adolescent services entrance on one side and an adult services entrance on the other side, the center is well equipped to handle the growing mental health needs of all Long Islanders.
