National Nutrition Month

March is National Nutrition Month® and the perfect time to focus on your nutrition and the vital role it plays in your health. National Nutrition Month® is an annual campaign created by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

This year's message is Personalize Your Plate. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition and health.

Key points include:

*Eat a variety of nutritious foods every day.
*Plan your meals.
*Make healthy food choices when shopping to create meals that you enjoy and share with family and friends.
*Consult with a registered dietitian to receive personalized nutrition advice.
