Advanced Practice Providers

An advanced practice provider (APP) is a highly trained healthcare professional who works closely with cardiologists and other medical specialists to deliver comprehensive patient care. At North Suffolk Cardiology, our APPs include nurse practitioners (NPs) and physician assistants (PAs). These dedicated professionals have completed advanced education and training in cardiology, allowing them to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of cardiovascular conditions under the supervision of our cardiologists. APPs play a vital role in our team, providing compassionate care, collaborating with patients to develop treatment plans, and offering ongoing support and education to ensure optimal heart health for our patients.
