Insurance Options and Self Pay Costs

Your insurance may cover the cost of your Virtual Immediate Care appointment. It is your responsibility to confirm that your insurance covers  telehealth services. 

For accepted plans, we collect out-of-pocket charges at the time of check-in and bill your insurance for the remaining balance. If your insurance doesn’t cover the balance in full, you are billed for any remaining charges.  

If your insurance plan is not accepted, the charge for a visit may be up to $140, plus any additional fees for other services provided.
