UpToDate Clinical Information

Defining your cohort in TNX can be supported with accurate and current evidence-based clinical information. An UpToDate account is available to you through Stony Brook University Libraries, accessed with a NetID.  

Code Lookups

TriNetX uses International Classification of Diseases (ICD) codes, Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes (LOINC), and Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes in its searches.
