The Nesting Place
The Nesting Place is a space where all moms, from soon-to-be to veteran moms, can come to gain the knowledge, care, and support they need and are seeking during this important time. They offer yoga classes including prenatal, postnatal and various other styles, informational and interactive childbirth and baby preparation classes, free support groups, mom-centered workout classes, nutritional workshops, breastfeeding support groups and various other forums where Long Island moms can learn and share tips and tricks with other moms.
