Cognitive/Memory Loss Screenings

If you’re age 55+ and have trouble remembering, learning new things, concentrating, or making decisions that affect everyday life, the sooner you can find out what’s going on, the better. With early diagnosis and treatment, you’ll have more time to make new memories, plan for the future, express your preferences for care, adapt your home environment and seek support. The first step is to get screened for cognitive/memory loss.
