Tai Chi for Health and Balance is a gentle form of tai chi for all levels. Tai chi is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow moving with deep breathing. Benefits of Tai Chi are: increase strength, balance and posture; prevent falls; improve mind, body and spirit; reduce stress and increase relaxation. This program, which is free to Suffolk County residents, is ideal for individuals 65 years and older.

All classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm
at Advanced Specialty Care, 500 Commack Road, Commack.
