Addiction Medicine Services:
Southold Family Medicine provides addiction medicine services for a full range of substance abuse disorders. We offer inpatient treatment for detox and rehab as necessary through our affiliation with Quannacut, part of Stony Brook Eastern Long Island Hospital in Greenport. Not only do we treat patients with substance abuse disorders, we prescribe medications for alcohol use and opiate use disorders as well.
