We are pleased to announce the opening for the 9th round of the Long Island Bioscience Hub (LIBH) Technology Development RFP, with a submission deadline set for July 18th, 2022. The breadth of this funding opportunity has expanded to include issues pertinent to NATIONAL HEALTH SECURITY, which would include everything from early diagnosis of COVID to early treatment of SEPSIS... the sky, and our Nation's health are the only limits. Please note, this RFP is also structured to help HHS-BARDA determine if early technology development should be an area of focus for them, and thus we will center our efforts on a cross-SBU-campus effort that will include all entities of E and W campus.

Importantly, as our interaction with industry grows, we are actively encouraging strategic relations with commercial partners. Chairs, faculty, physicians, medical fellows and post-doctoral fellows are encouraged to apply to compete for these funds.
