The following is the immunization schedule that our office uses, however, your child's schedule may vary depending on prior immunizations.

1 Month No Vaccines
2 Months PEDIATRIX® (Dtap, Hep B & Polio) & Rotarix® (Rotavirus)
3 Months Prevnar 13® (Streptococcus Pneumoniae) & Hib (Haemophilus Influenzae Type B)
4 Months PEDIATRIX® & Rotarix®
6 Months Prevnar 13® & Hib (Flu, If Flu Season)
9 Months PEDIATRIX®, Prevnar 13® & Hib
12 Months Prevnar 13®, Hib & Hepatitis A
15 Months MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella) & VARIVAX® (Chickenpox)
18 Months DTaP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis/Whooping Cough) & Hepatitis A
4-6 Years MMR, VARIVAX® & KINRIX® (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis and Poliomyelitis)
10-11 Years Tdap (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis/Whooping Cough)
11 and Up Menveo® (Meningococcal A,C,Y & W-135), Gardasil® 9 (HPV)
16 and Up Trumenba™(Meningococcal Group B), Bexsero® (Meningococcal Group B) & Menveo® booster
Yearly The flu vaccine is recommended for:
  • All children 6 months of age and up during flu season.
  • Children with chronic medical conditions such as asthma, diabetes, etc. as well as household members of children with these diseases.
  • Household members of children less than 6 months of age.
