About Jamie Cluna

I have been a member of the Stony Brook Medicine team for more than 30 years, performing hearing/balance evaluations on patients of all ages and abilities. I specialize in pediatric and difficult-to-test populations.

I am a NYS licensed audiologist, certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association. I am the coordinator of the Newborn Hearing Screening Program as well as the Clinical Externship Supervisor. I participate on the Cleft Palate/Craniofacial Team at Stony Brook and am a volunteer for the Smile Rescue Fund.

Experience

More than 30 years experience performing hearing evaluations on patients of all ages and abilities. I conduct vestibular evaluations (ENG,VNG), electrophysiological testing (ABR, Ecogh, Vemp), newborn hearing screenings and Central Auditory Processing evaluations. I am the coordinator of Stony Brook's Newborn Hearing Screening Program, a member of the Cleft Palate Team and the Clinical Externship Supervisor.
