To schedule an appointment, a written referral is needed from a physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner in order to begin therapy. Insurance coverage may vary. On your initial visit to Stony Brook Outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete necessary paperwork and the registration process. Please bring a current prescription and your insurance cards.
