Our multidisciplinary team of diabetes education specialists has over 100 years of combined experience helping patients and their families to overcome the challenges of living with diabetes. Stony Brook’s team of board-certified endocrinologists, certified diabetes care and education specialists and clinical nutritionists work collaboratively to provide patient-centered education, clinical consultation and counseling to patients throughout their journey with diabetes.
