New York Pulmonary Consultants, in collaboration with Stony Brook Medicine, is a pulmonology and sleep medicine practice providing comprehensive patient care in Port Jefferson Station, Hauppauge, Riverhead and the surrounding communities. Our Physicians
Dr. D'Orazi is board certified in internal medicine with additional subspecialty training in critical care medicine and pulmonary disease. He received his medical education at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY and completed his internship at St. John's Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, NY. He then went on to complete his residency in general medicine at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Medical Center of Queens and his fellowship at Stony Brook University Hospital for pulmonary and critical care.
Dr. Gilleran is board certified in internal medicine with subspecialties in sleep and pulmonary medicine. She received her medical degree from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY. She completed her residency in internal medicine at NYU Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, NY, where she also completed her fellowship in pulmonary critical care.
Dr. Harris is board certified in the internal medicine subspecialties of critical care medicine and pulmonary disease. He received his medical education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, NY, followed by his internship at Good Samaritan Hospital. Dr. Harris went on to complete both his residency in general medicine and his fellowship in pulmonary and critical care at Stony Brook University Hospital.
Dr. Hiltzik is board certified in the internal medicine subspecialties of critical care medicine and pulmonary disease. He received his medical education at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY. Dr. Hiltzik completed his residency in internal medicine at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY, followed by his fellowship in pulmonary intensive care at North Shore University Hospital in Plainview, NY.
Dr. Koenig is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and critical care medicine, with a national board certification in echocardiology. He received his medical education at New York Medical College, NY, and completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, NY. He went on to complete his fellowship in pulmonary and critical care at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, NY as well. Dr. Koenig is internationally recognized as an expert in point of care ultrasound and will be using ultrasound in the outpatient practice to help diagnose and expedite treatment for his patients.
Dr. Kennedy is board certified in pediatrics and internal medicine with additional subspecialty training in critical care medicine and pulmonary disease. He received his medical education at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM. After, he completed his internship and residency in pediatrics at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, NY and went on to complete his fellowship in pulmonary and critical care at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA.
Dr. Patel is board certified in the internal medicine subspecialties of critical care medicine, pulmonary disease and sleep medicine. He received his medical education at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY, followed by his residency in internal medicine at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY. After his residency, Dr. Patel completed his fellowships in sleep medicine at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH, and in pulmonary and critical care at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY.
Dr. Theodoris is board certified in the internal medicine subspecialty of pulmonary disease. He received his medical education at the Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. After, he completed his residency in internal medicine at NYU Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, NY and both of his fellowships in pulmonary medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital and in critical care medicine at St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center in NYC.
