Vendors, Sales, Service and Deliveries

    Effective July 1, 2010, all vendors, sales representatives, service and delivery personnel are required to sign in to Reptrax. Policy and/or credentialing requirements must be met to obtain an approved badge and access to our facilities.

    All vendors wishing to do business with SBUH must register with www.RepTrax.com and subsequently check in and obtain a valid badge at the kiosk located in various hospital entrance points, including the Information Desk on Level 5 in the hospital lobby. 

    Vendors who have access to patients are required to obtain a "Premium" membership at RepTrax. Vendors who are primarily delivery personnel will obtain a "Basic" membership from RepTrax.

    For the protection, safety and privacy of patients being treated by facilities at Stony Brook University Hospital (SBUH) or its outpatient facilities, the hospital's requirements must be met prior to any company representative’s interact ion with patients, employees, doctors or any other staff.

    All vendor company representatives are required to abide by the SBUH policies and guidelines regarding access to SBUH facilities. All vendor company representatives are required to regarding access to SBUH facilities. All vendor company representatives are required to maintain complete patient confidentiality. The vendor representative will not discuss patient information with anyone apart from the patient’s attending physician and then only as applicable.
